Preserve nature
Throughout the year, Laurence and Xavier set up various actions so that travelers continue to enjoy protected and preserved nature. Above all, we want to preserve this little corner of paradise in the heart of the Cévennes Regional Natural Park. During your visits to Camping Les Drouilhèdes, we will be at your disposal to answer all your questions about slow tourism, our eco-responsible actions, good practices and many others.
Eco-responsibility
Every day, we implement various small actions to respect and preserve our corner of paradise between the Cévennes and the Ardèche, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park. We are in the process of equipping the entire campsite with LED bulbs and more environmentally friendly equipment. Selective sorting is possible thanks to the bins made available to everyone at the entrance to the campsite, as well as a compost bin. We will suggest that you also be actors, citizens concerned about the environment.

Animals have an important place in Camping Les Drouilhèdes. Indeed on the campsite, two sheep and two alpacas take care of grazing, when the campsite is not accessible to campers. You can see them in high season in the various pastures reserved for them. Our campsite is also an LPO refuge (League for the Protection of Birds). Several nest boxes, feeders and an insect hotel are thus present on Camping Les Drouilhèdes.

All the actions that we and our campers carry out allow us to continue to preserve this little corner of paradise, in the heart of the Cévennes Regional Natural Park. This park is also an International Dark Sky Reserve. Every evening, you will enjoy stargazing from your private terrace or the beach.
