Welcome to Camping des Drouilhèdes, we answer (almost) all your questions. And don't hesitate to call us if you haven't found the answer.

Reservation

  • Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, especially in July and August. We advise you to book as early as possible to have a choice of pitches or accommodation.

  • What is the amount of the deposit?

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

  • Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, under certain conditions. See our terms and conditions or contact us.

  • Do you accept ANCV holiday vouchers?

Yes, we accept ANCV holiday vouchers (paper and Connect).

  • Can we choose our location?

We do our best to meet your wishes, but we cannot guarantee them.

Arrival & Departure

  • What time can we arrive?

Pitches are available from 2:30 pm and accommodations from 4 pm.

  • What time should we leave the campsite?

Sites must be vacated before 12pm and accommodations before 10am.

  • Is it possible to arrive late in the evening?

Yes, provided you let us know so that we can organize your arrival.

Accommodation

  • Are bed linens provided?

No. You can bring your own sheets or rent them at reception (prices available upon request).

  • Are the beds made upon arrival?

No, rental sheets are provided upon reservation but the beds are not made up.

  • Are the accommodations air-conditioned?

No. Thanks to the river and the vegetation, the nights generally remain pleasant.

  • Do the accommodations have a coffee maker?

Yes, all our accommodations are equipped with a filter coffee maker.

  • Are blankets and pillows provided?

Yes, only bed linen and towels are needed.

Locations

  • Are the pitches shaded?

Yes, the majority of our pitches benefit from beautiful natural shade.

  • Do the pitches have electricity?

Yes, reservations are required. Remember to bring an extension cord and a European plug adapter (camping plug).

  • Can you rent a refrigerator?

Yes, refrigerators are available for rent, as well as picnic tables.

Animals

  • Are pets allowed?

Yes, dogs are welcome under certain conditions and must be kept on a leash.

  • Can dogs go to the river?

A beach is reserved for them a little further downstream. Animals are not allowed on the campsite's private beach.

The river

  • Is there water in the river in the summer?

Yes. The Cèze flows all season and allows for swimming in its deep natural pool.

  • Is the water quality monitored?

Yes, the water quality is checked every two weeks by the ARS.

  • Is it safe to swim with children?

Yes. The river offers shallow areas as well as deeper spaces for swimming.

Services

  • Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free around the bar and terrace.

  • Is there a grocery store?

Yes, you will find a small convenience store with essential products at reception.

  • Can we order bread?

Yes, bread and pastries are available every morning upon reservation.

  • Does the campsite have a restaurant?

Yes, our outdoor café welcomes you with friendly cuisine, snacks and drinks.

  • Is there a laundromat?

Yes, the campsite has washing machines and a tumble dryer.

  • Are there any activities?

Yes, family entertainment is offered in high season and there is a kids' club.

  • Do the children have any games?

Yes, playground, mini-golf, multi-sports field, table tennis, table football, giant games…

  • Can we go canoeing?

Yes, several rental bases are located near the campsite.

Around the campsite

  • Are the shops nearby?

Yes, you will find all essential shops within a few minutes' drive.

  • Is it possible to go hiking?

Yes, many trails start from the campsite or the surrounding area.

  • Is the campsite close to the Ardèche?

Yes, we are only a few kilometers from the Ardèche Gorges and the Cévennes.

  • Is there an electric car charging station?

Yes, a charging station is available at the campsite.

  • Is the campsite accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, part of our facilities is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

  • Are barbecues allowed?

Yes, according to the prefectural regulations in force. During periods of fire risk, certain restrictions may apply.

  • Are campfires allowed?

No, ground fires are strictly prohibited.

  • Is the campsite quiet?

Yes. We prioritize a family atmosphere that respects everyone, with quiet from 11 p.m.

  • Can we receive visitors?

Yes, visitors are accepted after checking in at reception and according to the applicable rate.

  • Is there mobile network coverage?

Yes, coverage is good for most operators.

  • Can I charge my electric vehicle at my parking space?

No. For safety reasons, electric vehicles must only be charged at the dedicated charging point on the campsite.
